Ben is a Physiotherapist and a Sports Massage Therapist.

Within Ben’s treatment, he applies his knowledge of anatomy and physiology along with his manual therapy skills from his training and experience over the past few years.

Ben strives to make rehabilitation both fun and functional. He applies the latest knowledge from his studies and complements it with various qualifications he has earned along the way. These include training in yoga, acupuncture, Shockwave Therapy and massage.

From a very young age, Ben has been involved in a variety of sports, ranging from long-distance running to high-board diving. Currently, his main focus is on practicing ju-jitsu, calisthenics, and swimming.

Ben firmly believes that there is not a one size fits all approach to pain, performance and function. He is committed to ensuring that all interventions are tailored to meet the unique goals and preferences of his clients.

Alex qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2012 from Manchester Metropolitan University. After completing his degree and gaining registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Alex has worked in several different areas, including the NHS, professional sport and private practice.

Alex spent the first years of his career working for Sale Sharks rugby team before moving to London to work in a number of roles within private practice. Here Alex continued to work with high level athletes including GB level runners and triathletes, professional Golfers, and national level Muay Thai fighters.

Specialising in sport injuries, Alex is a qualified and experienced running coach. Through this he has developed a strong understanding of running biomechanics and the tools needed to return from injury and improve performance.

Alex has a passion for helping his clients to make themselves better. He believes that educating a patient is the best form of Physiotherapy, whether guiding them through mobility work, strengthening, Pilates or running coaching.

Lesley graduated from the University of Bradford in 2003 and has since worked in some of the largest teaching hospitals in the country in Hull and London, working alongside nationally and globally recognised physiotherapists and consultants.

Lesley has more than fifteen years’ experience in treating musculoskeletal and sporting injuries and has continued her professional development completing Pilates qualifications with the APPI, courses run by the Neuro-Orthopaedic Institute in the management of persistent pain and gaining PINC certification as a cancer rehab specialist.

Lesley’s strengths lie in her problem-solving approach that gets to the root of the issue and her belief that education and communication are vital in ensuring clients are able to engage fully with rehabilitation. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and activity levels with a wide range of goals.

Lesley is experienced in upper and lower limb rehabilitation and disorders relating to hypermobility, multi-pathology presentations and persistent pain. Chartered Physiotherapist MSc POGP HCPC CSP APPI

Rosie qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2013 having completed a degree in Sports Science at Oxford Brookes University followed by a Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Essex.

Since qualifying she has worked in the NHS, private sector and at major sporting events, gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge. 

Rosie is a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist having helped hundreds of women in their pregnancy and postnatally. She has a particular interest in helping women feel confident in returning to exercise and movement post birth without the presence of pelvic floor dysfunction. She feels that physiotherapy should be a standardized service for women during this time in their lives. 

Rosie is a trained and very experienced Mummy MOT practitioner and offers this appointment and the Pregnancy MOT appointment in clinic. She has also trained and become certified as an APPI mat-work and reformer Pilates instructor as well as a Yoga Alliance 200YTTC instructor and applies both movement techniques and principles to her practice.

She is very competent at helping women during their pregnancy too, to settle any aches and pains and maintain a level of function and exercise during their pregnancy. She loves seeing people using exercise to help improve their physical and mental well-being.

Rosie also offers a Menopause MOT to support, inform and guide women through this chapter of their lives.

Rosie is trained to fit Pessaries for women experiencing symptoms of prolapse.

Rosie has an avid interest in a variety of sports; land and water based. You’ll often catch her swimming at Henleaze lake – even through the winter, trying to improve her surfing skills at The Wave, sailing in Devon, skiing in the alps, walking and practicing yoga when she gets the chance too!

Nigel qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2015 from UWE in Bristol and has since become a fitness instructor and completed training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. Nigel is also trained in acupuncture. 

Nigel is an experienced Physiotherapist who specialises in treating neck, shoulder and vestibular system issues.  With a keen interest in sport, Nigel treats a wide variety of sports and running-related injuries and also enjoys doing running analysis to optimise performance and reduce injury risk.

Sebastián finished his BSc degree in 2015 from the University of Chile. To further pursue his passion for rehabilitation and biomechanics and deepen his clinical knowledge of youth musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, he completed a Masters Degree in Paediatric Advanced Physiotherapy at University College London in 2018.

His background includes clinical practice in private and public settings, telehealth, education, and research, treating a diverse range of patients, from those with no prior movement experience to professional athletes. Sebastián has treated individuals in high-performance disciplines such as Breaking (Breakdancing), Parkour, Circus, and Skating in both Chile and the UK, and he also has experience supporting adapted sports for children.

In 2014, Sebastián founded a physiotherapy collective dedicated to supporting non-traditional sports, including Breaking, Parkour, Circus Arts, and Skating. This international network continues to empower athletes through physiotherapy and education. Sebastián is also a professional Breaker and an active member of the Bristol Community, he brings a deep understanding of the physical demands of these disciplines to his clinical practice.

Carla completed a Sport and Exercise Science Degree in Bath before specialising in Respiratory Clinical Physiology and qualified as a Respiratory Clinical Scientist in 2006.

Since 2006, Carla has worked as a Respiratory Clinical Scientist in the NHS, performing a variety of lung function tests and has subsequently gained a wealth of expertise and knowledge and been actively involved in Breathing Retraining.

Carla helps patients manage and improve their respiratory function through tailored retraining programs. Her approach combines evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, patient-centred ethos, empowering individuals to regain control of their breathing and enhance their quality of life.
